Cooking Method
Dissolve yeast in warm milk and let sit for 5 minutes.
In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, eggs, yeast mixture, and softened butter.
Knead until a smooth dough forms.
Cover and let rise for 1–2 hours until doubled in size.
Divide dough, flatten portions, and sprinkle chocolate chips inside.
Roll into pastry shapes and place on baking tray.
Let rise again for 20 minutes.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
