Cooking Method


  1.  Season fish with lime juice, salt, and pepper. 
  2.  Heat olive oil in a large pan. 
  3.  Cook onion and garlic until fragrant. 
  4.  Add tomatoes and bell peppers, then cook until softened. 
  5.  Pour in coconut milk and simmer gently. 
  6.  Add fish fillets carefully to the stew. 
  7.  Cook until fish becomes tender and fully cooked. 
  8.  Garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley. 
  9.  Serve warm with rice.
