Cooking Method


  1.  Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt, black pepper, and paprika. 
  2.  In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest. 
  3.  Reserve a few tablespoons of the glaze for serving. 
  4.  Brush the remaining glaze generously over the salmon fillets. 
  5.  Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat with a little olive oil. 
  6.  Sear the salmon for 2–3 minutes on the skin side until lightly golden. 
  7.  Carefully flip the fillets and cook for another 2 minutes. 
  8.  Transfer the skillet to a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) and bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. 
  9.  Remove from the oven and brush with the reserved honey glaze. 
  10.  Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with fresh lemon wedges.
