The milk tea is brewed with robust black tea and blended with creamy milk and Hokkaido-style milk flavor for a smooth, velvety base. A light and fluffy cheese foam made with cream cheese, whipped cream, and milk adds a rich, tangy finish. 

The signature brûlée topping is created by sprinkling sugar over the cheese foam and caramelizing it with a kitchen torch, forming a crisp, golden crust that cracks beautifully with every sip.

Cooking Method


  1.  Bring the water to a boil, remove from the heat, and steep the black tea for 5–7 minutes. Remove the tea bags or strain the loose tea. 
  2.  Stir in the sugar and sweetened condensed milk until dissolved. Let the tea cool slightly. 
  3.  Add the whole milk and heavy cream, then chill the milk tea in the refrigerator until cold. 
  4.  In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. 
  5.  Add the heavy whipping cream, milk, powdered sugar, and sea salt. Whip until thick, smooth, and pourable. 
  6.  Fill serving glasses with cooked tapioca pearls (if using) and ice cubes. 
  7.  Pour the chilled milk tea into each glass, leaving space at the top. 
  8.  Spoon or pour the cheese foam over the milk tea. 
  9.  Sprinkle the granulated sugar evenly over the cheese foam. 
  10.  Carefully caramelize the sugar using a kitchen torch until golden and crisp. 
  11.  Serve immediately with a wide bubble tea straw and enjoy the creamy brûlée topping with every sip.
