Step 1: Prepare Dough
 

  •  Mix flour with a pinch of salt and 1 tbsp oil. 
  •  Add water gradually and knead into a firm dough. 
  •  Cover and let it rest for 20 minutes. 


Step 2: Cook Chicken Filling
 

  •  Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped onions until golden. 
  •  Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until aromatic. 
  •  Add minced chicken and cook on medium flame. 
  •  Add green chilies, garam masala, and salt. 
  •  Cook until chicken is fully done and mixture becomes dry. 
  •  Turn off heat and mix in chopped boiled eggs. 
  •  Let the filling cool. 


Step 3: Shape Singara
 

  •  Divide dough into small balls and roll into thin circles. 
  •  Cut into halves and form cone shapes. 
  •  Fill with chicken-egg mixture. 
  •  Seal edges tightly using water. 


Step 4: Fry Singara
 

  •  Heat oil on medium-low flame. 
  •  Deep fry until golden brown and crispy. 


Step 5: Serve
 

  •  Serve hot with mint chutney, tamarind chutney, or ketchup.
