Step 1: Prepare Dough
- Mix flour with a pinch of salt and 1 tbsp oil.
- Add water gradually and knead into a firm dough.
- Cover and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Step 2: Cook Chicken Filling
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped onions until golden.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until aromatic.
- Add minced chicken and cook on medium flame.
- Add green chilies, garam masala, and salt.
- Cook until chicken is fully done and mixture becomes dry.
- Turn off heat and mix in chopped boiled eggs.
- Let the filling cool.
Step 3: Shape Singara
- Divide dough into small balls and roll into thin circles.
- Cut into halves and form cone shapes.
- Fill with chicken-egg mixture.
- Seal edges tightly using water.
Step 4: Fry Singara
- Heat oil on medium-low flame.
- Deep fry until golden brown and crispy.
Step 5: Serve
- Serve hot with mint chutney, tamarind chutney, or ketchup.
