Peel 2–3 ripe bananas and mash them into a smooth paste.
Heat 1 liter of milk in a heavy-bottom pan and bring it to a boil.
Reduce the flame and let the milk simmer, stirring occasionally.
Add the mashed bananas to the milk and mix well.
Cook on low flame until the mixture thickens slightly.
Add sugar as per taste and stir until dissolved.
Add cardamom powder for flavor.
Cook for another 3–5 minutes until creamy consistency is reached.
Garnish with chopped almonds, cashews, and raisins.
Serve warm or chilled as per preference.
