Classic Latte Coffee Recipe | Easy Café-Style Caffè Latte
Classic Latte Coffee, also known as Caffè Latte, is a smooth and creamy coffee drink made with freshly brewed espresso and steamed milk, finished with a light layer of milk foam. Originating in Italy, the latte has become one of the world's most popular coffee beverages thanks to its balanced flavor and velvety texture. It is commonly enjoyed for breakfast, brunch, or as an afternoon pick-me-up.
A traditional latte consists of one or two shots of espresso combined with silky steamed milk, creating a mellow coffee flavor that's less intense than espresso but richer than regular brewed coffee. The thin layer of foam on top makes it perfect for latte art and adds a luxurious finish. Optional flavored syrups such as vanilla, caramel, hazelnut, or pumpkin spice can be added for a personalized touch.
Easy to prepare with an espresso machine and milk frother, this café-quality latte is the perfect comforting drink for coffee lovers.
