Cooking Method


  1.  Heat olive oil in a pan. 
  2.  Sauté onion until soft, then add garlic. 
  3.  Add tomato puree and cook for a few minutes. 
  4.  Stir in paprika and saffron. 
  5.  Add rice and mix well. 
  6.  Pour in broth and bring to a boil. 
  7.  Add fish pieces on top. 
  8.  Cover and cook on low heat until rice is tender. 
  9.  Let rest for a few minutes before serving. 
  10.  Serve hot.
