Cooking Method


  1.  Preheat oven and line a baking tray.

  4.  Mix in flour, cornstarch, and baking powder to form soft dough. 
  5.  Roll out dough and cut into small circles. 
  6.  Bake until lightly golden and cool completely. 
  7.  Spread dulce de leche on one cookie and sandwich with another. 
  8.  Dust with powdered sugar or coat edges with coconut before serving.
