Cooking Method
In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, onion, tomato, green chilies, cilantro, mint, cornmeal, egg, and all the spices.
Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Cover and refrigerate the mixture for 20–30 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into large, flat patties about ½ inch thick.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Fry the kebabs for 4–5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and fully cooked.
Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
Garnish with lemon wedges, onion slices, and fresh cilantro.
