Miso Korean Glaze
In a small saucepan, combine the miso paste, gochujang, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, for 3–5 minutes until smooth, glossy, and slightly thickened.
If the glaze is too thick, stir in 1 tablespoon of water until the desired consistency is reached.
Brush over cooked meats or vegetables, or toss with your favorite grilled dishes before serving.
