  1.  Clean and prepare the rabbit pieces. 
  2.  Season the meat with salt, pepper, and spices. 
  3.  (Optional) Dip the pieces in beaten egg for better coating. 
  4.  Coat the rabbit pieces with flour mixture evenly. 
  5.  Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. 
  6.  Fry the rabbit pieces until golden brown and crispy. 
  7.  Turn occasionally to cook evenly. 
  8.  Cook until fully done and tender inside. 
  9.  Remove and drain excess oil on paper towels. 
  10.  Serve hot with your favorite sides or dips.
