Cooking Method


  1.  Preheat oven to 180°C. 
  2.  Heat butter or oil in an oven-safe pan. 
  3.  Sauté onion and garlic until soft. 
  4.  Add mushrooms and cook until tender. 
  5.  In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. 
  6.  Pour the egg mixture over the mushrooms. 
  7.  Sprinkle cheese on top. 
  8.  Cook for 2–3 minutes on low heat. 
  9.  Transfer the pan to the oven. 
  10.  Bake for 12–15 minutes until set and golden. 
  11.  Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm.
