Mix flour, sugar, salt, yeast, yogurt, and warm water to prepare a soft dough.
Knead the dough until smooth and let it rise for 1–2 hours.
Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into an oval shape.
Sprinkle finely chopped garlic and fresh coriander on top, pressing gently so they stick.
Cook the naan in a hot tandoor, cast-iron skillet, or oven until puffed with golden brown spots.
Brush generously with melted butter or ghee.
