Cooking Method

  3. Add cinnamon and any optional ingredients such as cocoa powder, peanut butter, protein powder, or chia seeds if desired.
  4. Blend on high speed for 45–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  5. Taste the smoothie and add more honey if you prefer a sweeter flavor.
  6. If the smoothie is too thick, blend in a little more milk until the desired consistency is reached.
  7. Pour into a chilled serving glass.
