Cooking Method
- Heat oil in a pot and sauté garlic, ginger, and onions until fragrant.
- Add mixed vegetables and cook for 3–4 minutes.
- Pour in vegetable or chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add soy sauce, black pepper, and salt.
- Add boiled noodles and simmer for 3–5 minutes.
- Stir well until the flavors combine.
