Cooking Method


  1.  Wash and rinse the rice, then set aside. 
  2.  Heat oil in a pot and sauté chopped onions until soft. 
  3.  Add garlic and ginger, cook until fragrant. 
  4.  Add tomato puree and blended pepper, cook for 10–15 minutes until thickened. 
  5.  Add paprika, thyme, curry powder, and salt. 
  6.  Pour in water or broth and bring to a boil. 
  7.  Add rice and stir well. 
  8.  Cover and cook on low heat until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed. 
  9.  Stir gently and adjust seasoning if needed. 
  10.  Serve hot.
