Step 1: Prepare the Filling
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan. Add minced garlic and sauté for a few seconds. Add shredded cabbage and grated carrots. Stir-fry on high flame for 3–4 minutes. Add soy sauce, black pepper, salt, and vinegar. Mix well and cook until the vegetables are slightly tender but still crunchy. Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool.
Step 2: Prepare the Wrappers
Take a spring roll sheet and place it on a flat surface. Add 1–2 tablespoons of the filling in the center.
Step 3: Roll the Spring Rolls
Fold the bottom edge over the filling, then fold the sides inward. Roll tightly and seal the edge using a paste made of flour and water.
Step 4: Frying
Heat oil in a deep pan. Fry the rolls on medium flame until they turn golden brown and crispy. Remove and place on tissue paper to absorb excess oil.
Step 5: Serve
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
