Cooking Method


  1.  Wash and soak basmati rice for 30 minutes. 
  2.  Fry onions until golden brown and set aside. 
  3.  Cook lamb with oil, whole spices, ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes, yogurt, and powdered spices. 
  4.  Simmer until lamb becomes tender. 
  5.  Boil rice until partially cooked and drain. 
  6.  Layer rice over the cooked lamb mixture. 
  7.  Add fried onions, coriander, and mint leaves. 
  8.  Cover tightly and cook on low heat until fully done. 
  9.  Gently mix before serving hot.
