Cooking Method


  1. Wash the rice thoroughly and cook it with water until soft and fluffy.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

  4. Add minced garlic and sauté for about one minute.
  5. Season the catfish with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  6. Add the catfish to the pan and cook for about 4–5 minutes on each side.
  7. Squeeze lemon juice over the fish for extra flavor.
  8. Once the fish is cooked, remove from heat.
  9. Serve the catfish over a plate of rice.
