Cooking Method


  1.  Marinate chicken with soy sauce and cornflour for 10–15 minutes. 
  2.  Heat oil in a pan or wok. 
  3.  Add dried chilies, garlic, and ginger; sauté briefly. 
  4.  Add chicken and stir-fry until cooked. 
  5.  Add vinegar and sugar. 
  6.  Stir in peanuts and mix well. 
  7.  Cook for a few minutes until sauce thickens. 
  8.  Garnish with spring onions. 
  9.  Serve hot.
