Step 1: Prepare Dough
- Mix flour with a pinch of salt and 1 tbsp oil.
- Add water gradually and knead into a firm dough.
- Cover and let it rest for 20–25 minutes.
Step 2: Cook Duck Filling
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped onions until golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until aromatic.
- Add minced duck meat and cook on medium heat.
- Add green chilies, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
- Cook until duck meat is fully cooked and mixture becomes dry and spicy.
- Let it cool completely.
Step 3: Shape Singara
- Divide dough into small balls and roll into thin oval shapes.
- Cut into halves and form cone shapes.
- Fill with spicy duck mixture.
- Seal edges tightly using water.
Step 4: Fry Singara
- Heat oil on medium-low flame.
- Deep fry slowly until golden brown and crispy.
Step 5: Serve
- Serve hot with mint chutney, tamarind chutney, or spicy sauce.
