Cooking Method


  1.  Heat olive oil in a large pot. 
  2.  Cook onion and garlic until soft and fragrant. 
  3.  Add potatoes and broth, then simmer until potatoes are tender. 
  4.  Blend the soup until smooth and creamy. 
  5.  Return soup to the pot and add sliced sausage. 
  6.  Stir in kale and simmer until wilted. 
  7.  Season with salt and black pepper. 
  8.  Serve warm with bread if desired.
