Cooking Method
- Brew the black tea by steeping the tea bags in boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags and allow the tea to cool completely.

- In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream until warm but not boiling. Pour it over the chopped dark chocolate and let it sit for 1 minute. Add the butter and stir until smooth and glossy. Mix in the cocoa powder if using.
