Cooking Method


  1.  Preheat oven to 180°C. 
  2.  Mix flour, baking powder, and sugar. 
  3.  Add butter and mix until crumbly. 
  4.  Add milk, vanilla, raspberries, and white chocolate. 
  5.  Mix into a soft dough. 
  6.  Shape and cut into scones. 
  7.  Place on a baking tray. 
  8.  Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden. 
  9.  Cool slightly and serve.
