Cooking Method


  1.  Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. 
  2.  Add chopped onion and cook until soft. 
  3.  Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. 
  4.  Add tomatoes and cook until soft. 
  5.  Add cumin, salt, and black pepper. 
  6.  Add cooked black beans and mix well. 
  7.  Pour in water or broth and bring to a boil. 
  8.  Reduce heat and simmer for 20–25 minutes. 
  9.  Blend part of the soup for a creamy texture (optional). 
  10.  Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
