Cooking Method


  1.  Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper. 
  2.  Pat the salmon fillets dry using paper towels. 
  3.  In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, olive oil, honey, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, dill, parsley, salt, and black pepper. 
  4.  Arrange the salmon fillets on the prepared baking tray. 
  5.  Spread the Dijon mustard mixture evenly over the top of each fillet. 
  6.  Place lemon slices over the salmon if desired. 
  7.  Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. 
  8.  For a lightly golden top, broil the salmon for 1–2 minutes at the end of baking. 
  9.  Remove from the oven and let the salmon rest for 2 minutes. 
  10.  Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with your favorite side dishes.
