Cooking Method


  1.  Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). 
  2.  Place the pie crust in a pie dish. 
  3.  In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until smooth. 
  4.  Add milk and vanilla extract, mix well. 
  5.  Pour the custard mixture into the crust. 
  6.  Sprinkle nutmeg on top if desired. 
  7.  Bake for 40–45 minutes until set. 
  8.  Let cool before slicing.
