Cooking Method


  1.  In a bowl, mix flour and butter until crumbly. 
  2.  Add egg and water to form a soft dough. 
  3.  Cover and let the dough rest briefly. 
  4.  Cook onion and filling ingredients with spices. 
  5.  Roll out dough and cut into circles. 
  6.  Place filling in the center of each circle. 
  7.  Fold and seal edges with a fork. 
  8.  Bake until golden brown or fry until crispy. 
  9.  Serve warm with dipping sauce if desired.
