Cooking Method

  3.  Add chopped tomatoes and green chili, then cook until soft and saucy. 
  4.  Season with salt and black pepper. 
  5.  Fry the eggs to your desired doneness. 
  6.  Place tortillas on a serving plate. 
  7.  Top each tortilla with a fried egg. 
  8.  Spoon the tomato sauce over the eggs. 
  9.  Garnish with fresh cilantro. 
  10.  Serve immediately while warm.
