S’mores French Toast

 S’mores French Toast is a rich and indulgent breakfast-dessert fusion inspired by the classic campfire treat. Made with bread stuffed with chocolate and marshmallows, dipped in a creamy egg mixture, and pan-fried to golden perfection, this dish delivers a gooey, chocolatey center with a crispy outer layer—perfect for a special brunch or sweet craving. 

Cooking Method

 

  1. Take two bread slices and layer chocolate and marshmallows between them to form a sandwich. 
  2.  In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined. 
  3.  Heat butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat. 
  4.  Dip the stuffed bread sandwich into the egg mixture, coating both sides evenly. 
  5.  Place on the pan and cook until golden brown on one side. 
  6.  Flip carefully and cook the other side until crispy and the filling melts. 
  7.  Press slightly to help the marshmallows soften and chocolate melt fully. 
  8.  Remove, slice, and serve hot. Optionally dust with powdered sugar or drizzle chocolate syrup.
