Cooking Method


  1.  In a bowl, combine warm water and yeast. 
  2.  Let it sit until foamy.

  4.  Mix into a sticky dough without over-kneading. 
  5.  Cover and let the dough rise until doubled in size. 
  6.  Gently shape into rectangular loaves. 
  7.  Place on a baking tray and let rise briefly again. 
  8.  Bake until golden brown with a crisp crust. 
  9.  Cool before slicing and serving.
