Cooking Method
Toss the beef with the cornstarch and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
Stir-fry the beef for 2–3 minutes, then remove and set aside.
Add the onion, garlic, ginger, and green beans. Stir-fry for 4–5 minutes until the beans are crisp-tender.
Mix the remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, water, and black pepper.
Return the beef to the skillet and pour in the sauce.
Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the beef and green beans.
Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
