Cooking Method
- Trim any excess fat from the beef and cut it into serving-sized pieces if necessary.
- In a large bowl, combine the vegetable oil, garlic, paprika, black pepper, salt, thyme, chili flakes, and lemon juice.
- Add the beef and coat evenly with the marinade.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for deeper flavor.
- Preheat a charcoal grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Grill the beef for 5–7 minutes per side, depending on the thickness and your preferred doneness.
