Slice chicken breasts into tender-sized strips and marinate them in buttermilk with salt and black pepper for at least 2 hours.
In a bowl, combine all-purpose flour with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt.
Remove the chicken strips from the marinade and coat them evenly in the seasoned flour.
Dip the coated strips back into the buttermilk, then coat again with the flour mixture for an extra crispy crust.
Heat oil to 175°C (350°F) and fry the chicken tenders in batches until golden brown and cooked through.
