Heat a little oil in a pan and sauté chopped onions until soft.
Add green chilies and shredded chicken, cook for 2–3 minutes.
Add chopped boiled eggs and mix well.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Add fresh coriander leaves and mix properly.
Turn off heat and let the filling cool.
Fill the mixture into samosa sheets and fold into triangle shapes.
Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
