Prepare Dough: Mix all-purpose flour with salt and a little oil. Add water gradually and knead into a stiff dough. Let it rest for 20–30 minutes.
Make Filling: In a bowl, mix boiled sweet corn, grated mozzarella or processed cheese, black pepper, and a pinch of salt.
Shape Samosas: Divide dough into small balls, roll into oval shapes, cut in half, form cones, and fill with the corn-cheese mixture. Seal edges with water.
Frying: Heat oil on medium flame and deep fry until golden and crispy.
Serve: Serve hot with ketchup or mayonnaise.
