Cooking Method


  1.  Soak bread in milk until soft. 
  2.  Blend soaked bread with walnuts until smooth. 
  3.  Heat oil in a pan and cook onion until soft. 
  4.  Add ají amarillo paste and cook briefly. 
  5.  Stir in the bread mixture and grated cheese. 
  6.  Add shredded chicken and mix well. 
  7.  Simmer until the sauce becomes creamy and thick. 
  8.  Season with salt and black pepper. 
  9.  Serve warm with rice and boiled potatoes.
