Cooking Method


  1.  Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. 
  2.  Sauté onion, garlic, and bell pepper until softened. 
  3.  Add grated carrot and cook for a few minutes. 
  4.  Stir in tomatoes, curry powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. 
  5.  Simmer until the vegetables become tender. 
  6.  Add the beans and mix well. 
  7.  Cook for another 5–10 minutes until flavors combine. 
  8.  Serve warm or chilled.
