Cooking Method


  1.  Preheat oven to 180°C. 
  2.  Melt butter in a pan and sauté onions until soft and slightly caramelized. 
  3.  Add garlic and cook briefly. 
  4.  Add beef and mix well. 
  5.  Stir in flour, then gradually add beef stock to form a thick gravy. 
  6.  Season with salt and pepper. 
  7.  Pour filling into a baking dish. 
  8.  Cover with pastry dough. 
  9.  Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden. 
  10.  Serve hot.
