Cooking Method


  1. Heat cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced onions and cook until soft.
  4. Add green chili and stir for about one minute.
  5. Add the prepared snails to the pan and mix well.
  6. Stir in soy sauce and freshly ground black pepper.
  7. Cook for about 5–7 minutes while stirring occasionally.
  8. Season with salt to taste.
  9. Add curry leaves for extra aroma if desired.
  10. Cook for another minute and remove from heat.
  11. Serve hot with rice or bread.
