Cooking Method


  1.  Boil tomatillos and green chili in water for about 5–7 minutes until soft. 
  2.  Drain and let them cool slightly. 
  3.  Add tomatillos, chili, garlic, onion, and cilantro to a blender. 
  4.  Blend until smooth. 
  5.  Add salt and adjust consistency with water if needed. 
  6.  Taste and adjust seasoning. 
  7.  Serve fresh or chilled.
