Tomato Gravy Recipe
Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in the tomato puree and mix well.
Add the onion powder, oregano, black pepper, and salt.
Simmer for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the gravy thickens.
Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
Serve hot over pasta, meatballs, chicken, vegetables, or use as a flavorful cooking sauce.
