In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic paste, paprika, black pepper, and salt to prepare the marinade.
Add the meat cubes and coat them evenly with the marinade.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours, or overnight for the best flavor.
Thread the marinated meat onto skewers, alternating with onion, bell peppers, or tomatoes if desired.
Preheat the grill or oven to 200°C (390°F).
Grill the skewers for 15–20 minutes, turning occasionally and brushing with oil or butter until the meat is fully cooked and lightly charred.
Remove the kababs from the grill and let them rest for 2–3 minutes before serving.
Serve hot with pita bread, garlic sauce, grilled vegetables, or fresh salad.
