Prepare Dough: Mix all-purpose flour with salt and a little oil. Add water gradually and knead into a stiff dough. Let it rest for 20–30 minutes.
Cook Noodles: Boil noodles as per instructions, drain, and keep aside.
Prepare Filling: Heat oil in a pan, add chopped vegetables (like cabbage, capsicum, carrots), and stir-fry on high flame. Add boiled noodles, soy sauce, chili sauce, salt, and pepper. Toss well and cook for 2–3 minutes. Let it cool.
Shape Samosas: Divide dough into small balls, roll into oval shapes, cut in half, form cones, and fill with noodle mixture. Seal edges with water.
Frying: Heat oil on medium flame and deep fry until golden and crispy.
Serve: Serve hot with schezwan sauce or ketchup.
