Cooking Method


  1.  Preheat oven to 180°C. 
  2.  Cook eggplant slices in a pan until soft. 
  3.  Sauté onion and garlic in butter. 
  4.  In a bowl, whisk eggs and milk. 
  5.  Layer eggplant, onion mixture, and cheese in the pie crust. 
  6.  Pour egg mixture over the layers. 
  7.  Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and set. 
  8.  Cool slightly and serve.
