Cooking Method


  1.  Preheat oven to 190°C (or heat oil for frying). 
  2.  Roll out the dough and cut into circles. 
  3.  Place filling in the center of each circle. 
  4.  Fold into a half-moon shape. 
  5.  Seal edges with a fork. 
  6.  Brush with egg wash (for baking). 
  7.  Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden, or fry until crispy. 
  8.  Let cool slightly and serve.
