Authentic Pakistan Saag Gosht Recipe | Traditional Spinach and Meat Curry
Pakistan Saag Gosht is a traditional and nutritious curry made with tender meat slowly cooked with fresh spinach and aromatic Pakistani spices. This wholesome dish is popular throughout Pakistan, especially during the winter months when fresh leafy greens are abundant. The rich combination of succulent meat and creamy spinach creates a hearty meal that pairs perfectly with naan, chapati, or steamed basmati rice.
Prepared with mutton or beef, fresh spinach, onions, tomatoes, garlic, ginger, and fragrant spices, Saag Gosht develops a deep, savory flavor as it slowly simmers. The spinach blends into a smooth, flavorful gravy that coats the tender meat beautifully, making it a comforting family favorite.
