Cooking Method


  1.  Clean and prepare the meat pieces. 
  2.  In a bowl, mix oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. 
  3.  Rub the mixture over the meat and marinate for 1–2 hours. 
  4.  Preheat grill or charcoal fire. 
  5.  Place meat on the grill. 
  6.  Grill slowly, turning occasionally. 
  7.  Cook until meat is tender and slightly charred. 
  8.  Remove from grill and rest for a few minutes. 
  9.  Serve hot.
