Lemon Dill Salmon
Pat the salmon fillets dry and season lightly with salt and black pepper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Place the salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for 4–5 minutes. Flip carefully and cook for another 3–4 minutes.
Pour the honey garlic sauce into the skillet and let it simmer until it thickens slightly.
Spoon the glaze over the salmon continuously for 1–2 minutes until the fillets are well coated.
Serve hot with steamed rice, roasted vegetables, or a fresh green salad.
